the light in my bathroom had no switch, shining all night, absolutely delightful. oh, and the bed sheets? spotty at best, probably just a fashion statement. so, naturally, a complimentary upgrade woudl ve been too much to ask, right? honestly, i almost gave a good review, but they just couldn't manage it.

The place definitely feels like it's under siege with renovations and has an overall dated appearance. Hallways didn’t have proper flooring, creating a slightly unsafe trip hazard. Issues with cleanliness were evident, including bugs in the room and a disturbing smell that lingered throughout. In room maintenance was lacking too—no towels, broken lamps, and the air conditioning wasn't working as it should. To top it all, the pool advertised was simply a solid block of concrete.

I recently stayed in a King Room Non-Smoking for one night and was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding customer service I received. The GM and her team went out of their way to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my stay, addressing any concerns promptly and with genuine care. However, the breakfast options could have been more varied and abundant.

I absolutely loved the comfy, high-quality bedding in my King Room Non-Smoking. The staff were super responsive and helped me with a quick room change when needed, ensuring my stay was perfect. And let’s not forget the clean, well-maintained environment that made me feel right at home!

Additionally, the breakfast hours are limited, and the lack of adequate accessibility features for disabled guests was a major concern.

i had a pleasant stay, better than my last experience in tulsa. the clean environment and friendly, welcoming atmosphere truly stood out. the staff went above and beyond, making me feel right at home throughout my journey.

It was just a balanced option for a break on a long journey in Tulsa with good value considering the price it charged. The breakfast selection was decent, with hot scrambled eggs that made my mornings better. Bring your own toiletries if you plan to stay a couple of nights, as they only provide a tiny amount.

The overall stay was nice, though some details could have been improved. The King bed had yellow stains on the sheets, but after reporting it, I received fresh, clean sheets without any issues. I appreciate that the management is responsive to guest concerns about cleanliness. I visited in connection with activities at the nearby QuikTrip Exposition Center, which was actually quite convenient to reach.
